Mrs. Gloria Morris is the Founder and Managing Director of HPEC and creator of the Principle-Based Lifestyle Training curriculum. With a background in organizational psychology, counseling, and behavioral health, she brings decades of experience supporting students, families, and communities.
Dr. Robert A. Morris is a U.S. Navy veteran, HPEC leader, and Founding Senior Pastor of Valley Harvest Church of Merced. With a background in business management, workforce development, and human resources, he brings extensive leadership experience to HPEC and the families it serves.

Angil Herrera is the Program Manager for HPEC 2.0 and a U.S. Army veteran with a background in criminal justice, special education, behavioral support, and family services. She is passionate about helping students thrive and connecting families with the resources and support they need.
Meiby Rios is a Program Manager at HPEC and holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from CSU Stanislaus. She began with HPEC as a college intern and now supports daily operations, volunteer recruitment, and Tutor-Mentor training while helping create a positive experience for students and families.
Anj Ward serves as HPEC’s Executive Assistant and Site Lead. A UC Merced graduate with a background in business, psychology, and student support, she is passionate about helping young people see higher education as an attainable opportunity.
