Our Proprietary Curriculum: Principle-Based Lifestyle Training©

HPEC programs are grounded in Principle-Based Lifestyle Training© (PBLT©), a proprietary curriculum developed by Founder Gloria Morris. PBLT© combines academic support, mentoring, character development, and personal responsibility to help students build confidence, self-discipline, and the skills needed for long-term success.

We believe students thrive when they have structure, encouragement, and caring adults who believe in their potential.
